Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 3, 2026. Please read this legally binding agreement carefully before accessing our Services.
1. Corporate Identity & Acceptance of Terms
This website (internationaldrivingpass.com), and all related digital infrastructure operating under the brand International Driving Pass (IDP), is exclusively operated and managed by PLUTONICS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD (CIN No. U62099OD2025OPC048029), a legally registered corporate entity.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” strictly refer to PLUTONICS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any services on this Website, you (the “Customer”, “User”) expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Non-Governmental Status & Document Scope
It is strictly understood that PLUTONICS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD is a private, commercial entity.
The International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by our organization is exclusively a translation of your valid domestic driver’s license. It is formatted in strict accordance with the standards outlined in the United Nations (UN) Road Traffic Conventions, but it does not confer legal driving privileges on its own.
3. User Eligibility & Legal Requirements
By engaging our Services, you legally warrant and represent that you fulfill all the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: You are a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
- License Validity: You are the lawful holder of a valid, government-issued domestic driver’s license that is not currently expired, suspended, cancelled, or revoked.
- Duration: Your domestic license must remain valid for a minimum of one (1) month from the date of application submission.
- Sole Obligation: You acknowledge that the IDP is a translation document only and must be accompanied by your original, physical government-issued driver’s license at all times while operating a motor vehicle abroad.
4. Customer Responsibility & Liability
PLUTONICS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD functions solely as a translation and document clearing service. Therefore, you legally stipulate that:
- It is your sole responsibility to research and confirm whether an IDP is legally mandated in your specific destination country.
- You are responsible for verifying whether our specific translation document will be accepted by local law enforcement, car rental agencies, or border control authorities in your destination jurisdiction.
- We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the acceptance of the IDP in any given geographical location. Rejection of the document by a third party due to your failure to verify local jurisdictional requirements does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
- You assume all responsibility for maintaining compliance with local, regional, and international traffic laws.
5. Data Retention & Identity Verification
By executing a transaction on our Website, you grant us explicit consent to securely collect, process, and store your personal data, including demographic information, domestic license copies, and biographical photographs.
This data is retained exclusively for:
- Verifying the authenticity and validity of your translation documents.
- Maintaining records to comply with international anti-fraud regulations and lawful requests from global law enforcement agencies.
- Compliance with applicable local and international data privacy statutes.
6. Service Terms, Payments & Refunds
All logistical and documentation services are facilitated digitally. Prices published on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, and localized transactional taxes unless explicitly stated.
Refund Guarantee: We offer a conditional 100% money-back guarantee. However, we disclaim liability and reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where the customer attempts to use the document without carrying their physical native driver’s license, or fails to verify the specific entry requirements of a foreign jurisdiction prior to travel.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our digital infrastructure and IDP translation services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no legal theory, tort, contract, or strict liability shall PLUTONICS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, travel delays, vehicle impoundment, loss of revenue, or legal penalties) arising out of the use, or inability to use, our Services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use, and any separate legal agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in strict accordance with applicable laws.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. You expressly waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
